For 2007 StatoilHydro’s Board of Directors proposes to the annual general meeting an ordinary dividend of NOK 4.20 per share as well as NOK 4.30 per share in special dividend.
The dividend is subject to approval by the AGM on 20 May 2008. The dividend payout day is set to 30 May 2008.
