The merger of Norsk Hydro ASA's oil and gas activities with Statoil ASA to form StatoilHydro ASA was completed on 1 October 2007.
Following the merger, StatoilHydro ASA had 3,188,647,103 shares 1).
StatoilHydro ASA has one class of shares, and each share confers one vote at the general meeting.
1) One share in Norsk Hydro ASA entitled a shareholder to 0.8622 shares in StatoilHydro ASA.
