Our business objectives also set the direction for development plans for the coming year. These plans balance our business needs with the preferences of our people. Together we make sure we have the right knowledge, skills and support to get the job done.
Throughout the year, we review our individual and group progress, ensuring we are able to adjust to changing business needs. We expect and receive feedback from the people we work with to improve our performance and growth.
