The StatoilHydro EU Affairs office handles our business contacts with the European Union's institutions and bodies. This office ensures that the EU is kept informed about relevant aspects of our operations, and that we are notified of EU processes and decisions which affect our activities and plans.

Hydro Energy office

The Hydro Energy office handles direct sales of natural gas to large consumers in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany, as well as other purchasing and transportation responsibilities.

Statoil Coordination Center

The Statoil Coordination Center in Mechelen acts as a center of competence within the StatoilHydro Group, developing and performing shared services. It hosts the StatoilHydro In-House Bank, a global state-of-the-art cash management solution handling all the cash of the StatoilHydro Group, and the global StatoilHydro Indirect Tax compliance center .
