StatoilHydro's NGL trading business unit sells propane and butane (LPG), naphta and ethane in international markets .
The unit is responsible for selling NGL owned by the group and by the Norwegian state’s direct financial interest (SDFI) in petroleum operations.
It also supplies products to StatoilHydro’s refineries and marketing units.
StatoilHydro trades LPG, naphtha and ethane in the international market as both physical deliveries and derivatives.
The group has trading offices for NGL in Stavanger (all products), Stamford, Connecticut (LPG and naphtha) and Singapore (LPG).
