We cooperate with the Conservation of Clean Air and Water in Europe (Concawe) organisation on studies of energy use and carbon emissions from motor fuel, production processes and engine technology.
The database yielded by this work forms the starting point for selecting environmentally appropriate solutions.
Preliminary sustainability criteria for biofuel trading have been determined. We have started a comprehensive review of challenges and are developing standards and management tools to ensure the sustainability quality in all parts of the life cycle of the product.
