As a new employee you will be offered our corporate induction programme, “Introducing the StatoilHydro Way” and “Understanding the StatoilHydro Way”.




These arrangements will increase your basic knowledge and understanding of the company. We also offer selected self-study e-learning programmes.

“Introducing the StatoilHydro Way”

This mandatory introduction package consists of two parts: e-learning self-study and task solution. We recommend you go through the introduction package within the first two weeks in the company. The content deals with issues like the company’s history and future, culture and values, organisation and people, the way we conduct our business and branding.

“Understanding the StatoilHydro Way”

This is a two-day workshop arranged by the business area you belong to. We recommend you take the workshop between two and four months after you start in the company. The content deals with deepening your understanding of the company’s history and future, culture and values, organisation and business, management system, ethics, HSE and branding.
