StatoilHydro’s operations in Denmark are channelled through the Statoil A/S subsidiary, a production and sales business which delivers a broad range of energy solutions.

These are supplied to both private customers and business clients in the manufacturing, agriculture, fishing and service sectors.

Production takes place at our Kalundborg refinery, which can process up to 5.5 million tonnes of crude oil per year.

We also deliver solutions for space heating of buildings and homes, and provide transport fuels, car washing, and kiosk and grocery products at 300 service stations nationwide.

Together with Naturgas Fyn, we own the natural gas company Statoil Gazelle A/S.

Kalundborg refinery

The StatoilHydro refinery at Kalundborg in Denmark refines crude oil and condensate to petrol, jet fuel, diesel oil, propane, heating oil and fuel oil.
