StatoilHydro’s object is defined in the company’s Articles of Association. Goals and strategies are adopted, both for StatoilHydro as a company and for each business area.
The company’s strategy following the merger of Statoil and Norsk Hydro’s oil and gas activities will be presented at the Capital Market Day in early 2008.
