Manufacturing & Marketing (M&M) is responsible for the company’s overall operations relating to the transportation of oil, refining, sales of crude oil and refined products, and for the retail business and the marketing of natural gas in Scandinavia.
Operating in 11 countries, M&M runs two refineries, one methanol plant, two crude oil terminals, an extensive distribution network and around 2,300 petrol stations.
Over one million customers visit StatoilHydro’s 2,300 petrol stations daily.
M&M processes and sells StatoilHydro’s and the Norwegian government’s production of crude oil and natural gas liquids, and markets natural gas in Scandinavia.
Manufacturing & Marketing is headed by executive vice president Jon Arnt Jacobsen.
