(born 1963) is a full-time official of the Industry Energy (IE) union.
Lill-Heidi Bakkerud is a Norwegian citizen and she lives in Norway.
Represents the employees in the board, and is a full-time employee representative as head of the trade union Industry Energy (IE).
A qualified process/chemistry worker, she has worked as a process technician at the petrochemical plant in Bamble and on the Gullfaks field in theNorth Sea.
She is a member of IE’s executive committee and holds a number of offices as a result of this. Elected by the employees as member of the board of Statoil from 2004. She was also a board member during the period 1998 to 2002.
Has been a member of StatoilHydro’s board from 1 October 2007. Lill-Heidi Bakkerud has no loans in the company.
